Interactions with students in the past and present have impacted our team. After reflecting on our individual childhood, we realized that education was easily accessible but challenging according to our respective demographic. In addition, our organization recognized that the prospect of a successful career was within reach as long as we took advantage of available opportunities.
Our Management believes in the following three elements: relational, nonhierarchical, and contextual. The three elements are essential because we don’t want to overlook the fact that leadership is a relationship and without followers it doesn’t exist.
